“Replacement of a conventional gas boiler install system with a new, more efficient combi boiler. We have used Ivor Copeland to service our boiler ever since we stopped our contract with British Gas, some years ago. He has always provided a good and friendly service.

Ivor completed all of the work in 4 days, including some extras – remote stop-cock and thermostatic radiator valves. All of the work was finished quickly and to a very high standard. Even a couple of issues along the way – poor gas pressure and a faulty heating thermostat, were dealt with really quickly, with British Gas and Vaillant out to fix the issues during the installation time, so there weren’t any delays.

We were only without hot water for one evening and all of the old heating system was also removed, decluttering areas like the loft and airing cupboard. One week in and all working really well.
